Asha Okasa
Asha Okasa is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, LAPC, currently completing her residency under supervision as she works toward full licensure. She takes an individualized, client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring her work to meet each person’s unique needs. Asha views therapy as a collaborative process between counselor and client, focused on gaining insight, overcoming obstacles, and achieving meaningful, positive change.
Her experience includes supporting individuals and couples coping with depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, and relationship challenges. She is also experienced in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, fostering a safe and affirming space for all clients. Asha is passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and create lasting growth in their personal and interpersonal lives.
