John “Chad” Hammond

John “Chad” Hammond is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and attorney with a diverse background in law, education, and leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development, a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Theological Studies. He is practicing under the supervision of Carolyn Ramp.

Chad works with adults navigating life transitions, including young adults stepping into independence and mid-career professionals experiencing burnout. He specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, couples counseling, and exploring theological or spiritual concerns. His integrative approach draws from ACT, CBT, and Existential Therapy, helping clients gain clarity, rediscover purpose, and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
